Would it not be wonderful if the Middle East changes from a region of oppression and war to an Economic Octopus with Twelve Legs and One Head. In this scenario it would have Jerusalem as its Governmental headquarters and Mecca as it's Assembly point where all the Prime Ministers of the Twelve States with their respective Cabinet Ministers will gather around the Kaaba at Mecca to meet once a year to hold an informal get-together.
