Richard Dawkins and his fellow atheists are of the opinion God does not exist. The reason for their conviction is that there is no proof for the existence of God therefore he does not exist. This however is faulty reasoning. You cannot use lack of proof for existence, as proof for non-existence. In other words, atheists are certain about something, God's no-existence, even though they have no proof they are right. In order for example to proof that Jack never existed as a human being, you have to show he was never born and he never lived. To do this you need a testimony from Jack's supposed parents and the people who were supposed to have lived with him in the town where he was supposed to have grown up. If they all deny that there ever was a Jack who was part of their lives in the time and place during which he was supposed to be present, then you have proof he never existed. That is proof for non-existence. Why are atheists so certain God does not exist, without having any evidence and why are they prepared to use faulty reasoning, namely what they perceive as lack of proof for God's existence as proof for his non-existence? Richard Dawkins was once asked whether he would believe in God if God made his appearance in the sky accompanied by many angels? He said that he would still not believe in God's existence even if that happened. He would rather attribute it to himself having a hallucination. That means no evidence would ever convince him that God exists. He is therefore not intellectually honest about the evidence for God's existence because he does not want God to exist. Even though there is plenty of evidence for God's existence Richard Dawkins and his kind just ignores this evidence or gives it any serious thought because to do so they will have to open their very naive minds to the fact that God actually exists. Because they would never consider that God was involved in the creation of the world, they never look at the facts that proof he is the creator in an intellectually honest way. Some people say they do not have enough faith to be an atheist. They should actually say they are not naive enough to be an atheist.
